Shipping policy

We ship with care—and that takes a little time.

• Processing Time: Orders usually ship within 3–7 business days. We prep each plant by hand, so thanks for your patience while we get things just right.

• Shipping Methods: We use USPS and UPS depending on what’s safest for your plants and where you live.

• Tracking Info: You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on it so your plants don’t sit outside too long.

• Weather Advisory: We don’t use heat or cold packs. If temps are extreme, consider shipping to a friend, office, or holding your order until it warms up.

• Delivery Issues: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos—we’ll make it right.
