By shopping with aire.earth, you agree to the following:

• Live Plant Disclaimer: Every plant is unique. Some natural variation and minor cosmetic imperfections are normal. If your plant arrives severely damaged or dead, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

• Shipping Risk: We do our best to package everything safely, but once the plant leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of the carrier. We don’t use heat packs—please consider your local weather before ordering.

• Final Sale Items: All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

• Intellectual Property: All images, text, and branding on aire.earth are our own. Please don’t use them without asking.
